Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
