Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Iron Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
