Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Pittsburgh, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
