Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Pittsburgh, PA)

Stonegate Cobalt Construction is a Pittsburgh contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
