Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fox Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
