Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Granite Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
