Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ridge Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
