Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Beacon Markets serves neighbourhoods around Phoenix with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
