Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Health and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
