Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Corner Auto Group is a Phoenix company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
