Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Loom Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
