Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Bridge Freight is a Philadelphia logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system.
