Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Cedar Health Group is a healthcare provider in Orlando with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
