Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Orlando with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
