Clearpath Pine Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 432 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
