Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Northwind Granite Manufacturing Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
