Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
