Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Meadow Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Omaha plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
