Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Oak Hospitality is a hospitality company in Omaha with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
