Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Pike Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Omaha plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
