Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Omaha, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
