Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Meridian Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
