Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
