Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
