Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Rowan Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Oakland. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
