Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Stone Civic Services and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
