Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Pike Pharma develops and makes medicines in Nashville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
