Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Hollow Civic Services supports public agencies in Nashville with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits.
