Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Ridge Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Nashville plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
