Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system.
