Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Keystone Foods is a Nashville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. • Experience with an ERP system.
