Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Vista Manufacturing Group is a Minneapolis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
