Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Property Management Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
