Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Thistle Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
