Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Field Property Management looks after rental homes across the Minneapolis area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
