Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meadow Housing Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
