Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

Silverline Oak Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Milwaukee, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
