Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Drift Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Milwaukee, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to public records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support public records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
