Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
