Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Linden Farms is an agricultural business based around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
