Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Loom Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 871 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
