Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
