Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Iron Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
