Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Timber Auto Group is a Milwaukee company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system.
