Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Miami, FL)

Lumen Lantern Auto Group is a Miami company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
