Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Miami, FL)

Lumen Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Miami producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
