Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Miami, FL)

Bright Fern Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
