Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Bright Markets serves neighbourhoods around Miami with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
