Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Miami producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
