Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Ashton Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
